Dark Chocolate Pistachio Bark

Christmas is here, and with it comes my favorite fruit of the season: Pomegranate.

This Dark Chocolate bark is so easy to make using only 2 ingredients (semi sweet bakers chocolate and my infused coconut oil.) You can melt it down, add to a sheet tray and then put whatever toppings on it that your heart desires!

I chose pomegranate and pistachio but you can choose whatever your heart desires! I am also a fan or peppermint, candied bacon, candied ginger, sea salt or caramel.
